1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


5. Packaging

Our high-end wooden timepieces are shipped in premium protective packaging, designed to ensure your watch arrives in perfect condition. We value both aesthetic presentation and transit safety.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there’s an error in the address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed (e.g., more than 25 business days), please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

In case of lost packages confirmed by the courier, we will offer a full replacement or refund.


8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed at customs), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees may apply.


9. Shipping During Peak Seasons or Holidays

During high volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Lunar New Year), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
